- All estimates are based on the information provided at the time of request. Prices may change if site conditions differ from initial assumptions or if additional work is required. Written approval will be requested before any significant changes are made.
- Project scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and job priority. The client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the worksite.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Unless otherwise stated.
- The client is responsible for disclosing any known underground utilities, hazards, or site restrictions. Glisson Earthworks is not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed or unknown site conditions.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals for the project. Work will comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Any changes to the original scope of work must be approved by both parties. Additional work may result in adjusted pricing and timeline changes.
- Glisson Earthworks is not responsible for delays or damages caused by weather, unforeseen site conditions, or factors outside of our control. We take reasonable care to complete all work safely and professionally.
- Workmanship may be covered under a limited warranty if specified in the project agreement. Normal wear, weather impact, and site changes are not covered.
